I had visited several birthday parties here before and really liked the place, so my husband and I came back on a Sunday with our 3 yrs old toddler.
We ordered pizza and chicken tenders around 12:32 PM so we could feed him and head home. After waiting over 30 minutes with no food, I asked about our order and was told there was a party, so it was taking longer. But we’ve actually hosted a party here before, and we know that the food for parties is ordered from the place next door on the street, so that explanation didn’t really make sense.
The staff kept apologizing, but that was about it. Finally, around 1:17 PM, the food came out. Honestly, does this look like something that should take 45 minutes to make?
Really disappointing experience.
